Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up restaurant outlets, banquet halls, and service areas
- Greet and escort guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Support taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup before and after service
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle basic guest queries and escalate concerns when required
- Support billing and payment processes (if trained)
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams
