Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and delivering onboarding sessions for new hires.

  • Support in scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions.

  • Help maintain training records and databases accurately.

  • Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room bookings, equipment setup, and attendance tracking.

  • Participate in monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from staff.

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development and Human Resources teams.

  • Promote a learning culture throughout the hotel by encouraging participation and engagement in training activities.

  • Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts.

  • Stay updated on trends and innovations in hospitality training.
