Description
1. Housekeeping
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to hotel standards.

  • Learn inventory management for linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.

  • Support in room inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.

  • Gain knowledge of laundry operations and pest control measures.

2. Food & Beverage Service
  • Assist in setting up restaurants, banquets, and bars as per service standards.

  • Learn table setup, order taking, and guest service etiquette.

  • Support in buffet arrangements, room service, and event catering.

  • Handle guest queries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.

3. Food & Beverage Production
  • Assist in basic food preparation under chef supervision (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, bakery, and garde manger).

  • Learn about portion control, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP).

  • Support in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and mise-en-place preparation.

  • Observe and understand menu planning and cost control techniques.

4. Front Office
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.

  • Gain knowledge of reservation systems and guest registration processes.

  • Handle telephone queries, room allocations, and guest requests efficiently.

  • Learn cash handling, billing, and concierge services.
