Description
Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Room Cleaning

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms as per standard operating procedures.

  • Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure proper room presentation.

  • Check all room equipment (TV, AC, lights, etc.) for proper functioning.

2. Public Area Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness of corridors, elevators, and assigned public areas.

  • Ensure housekeeping trolleys and pantries are neat, organized, and well-stocked.

3. Guest Interaction

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and queries with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all times.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items immediately to the supervisor.

  • Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates (vacant, occupied, DND, etc.).

5. Hygiene & Safety

  • Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards at all times.

  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
