1. Guest Room Cleaning
Clean and prepare guest rooms as per standard operating procedures.
Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure proper room presentation.
Check all room equipment (TV, AC, lights, etc.) for proper functioning.
2. Public Area Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, elevators, and assigned public areas.
Ensure housekeeping trolleys and pantries are neat, organized, and well-stocked.
3. Guest Interaction
Respond promptly to guest requests and queries with courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude at all times.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items immediately to the supervisor.
Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates (vacant, occupied, DND, etc.).
5. Hygiene & Safety
Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
