Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development

    • Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

    • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to generate repeat business.

    • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts that align with hotel goals and client needs.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

    • Conduct site tours and client meetings to showcase the hotel’s event and catering capabilities.

  • Event Planning & Coordination

    • Collaborate with internal departments (banquets, culinary, AV, etc.) to ensure the seamless execution of events.

    • Create detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate client expectations clearly to all stakeholders.

    • Monitor event timelines and deliverables.

  • Reporting & Administration

    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system (e.g., Delphi, Opera).

    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
