KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Systems/Operations:

Ø  Proposes banquet pricing in consultation with Chef and selling policies according to guest demand and market situation.

Ø  Develops long and short-term market plan.

Ø  Directs banquet sales team to optimize revenue.

Ø  Keeps in touch with all major clients (customer service)

Ø  Co-ordinates with Banquet Manager for menu changes according to guest demand and sales history.

Ø  Constantly monitors customer feedback by interacting with guests on a daily basis.

Ø  Ensures timely distribution of al Function Prospectus to all concerned departments.

Ø  Ensures documentation of all customer interactions (contracts, house rules etc.)

Ø  Ensures timely payment of all banquet bills.

Ø  Ensures Banquets Sales Office is maintained professionally.

Ø  Responsible for maintenance of all Banquet records as per Organization’s Policy.

Ø  Proposes and ensures improvement in work by recommending changes in methods, staffing and operation.
