Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for catering, banquets, conferences, weddings, and social events.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.

  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets (revenue, bookings, and conversion).

  • Conduct site inspections, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on leads effectively.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for catering clients from inquiry to event completion.

  • Understand client requirements, customize offerings, and provide tailored event solutions.

  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Event Coordination

  • Work closely with the Banquet, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Share accurate banquet event orders (BEOs) and client requirements with relevant departments.

  • Attend pre-event meetings and be present during key events to ensure service excellence.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.

  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, revenue reports, and monthly performance reviews.

  • Maintain an updated database of corporate, social, and wedding clients.
