Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hair Styling & Treatments:

    • Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, blow-drying, and treatments according to guest preferences.
    • Offer specialized services like hair spa, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments.
    • Recommend appropriate hair care products and techniques to clients.
  2. Guest Experience & Customer Service:

    • Greet and consult guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
    • Ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience for guests.
    • Handle guest inquiries and provide aftercare advice for hair maintenance.
  3. Salon Hygiene & Maintenance:

    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations.
    • Adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards.
    • Ensure all supplies and products are well-stocked and organized.
  4. Sales & Upselling:

    • Promote and recommend salon products and treatments to guests.
    • Assist in achieving salon sales targets by upselling services and products.
  5. Collaboration & Teamwork:

    • Work closely with other spa and salon professionals, including beauticians, therapists, and reception staff.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
