Supervise and coordinate all In-Room Dining operations (ordering, tray setup, delivery & pickup).
Ensure food & beverage items are delivered on time, accurately, and according to brand/service standards.
Conduct quality checks on orders before dispatch and ensure proper presentation.
Maintain department inventory, including chinaware, glassware, cutlery, and minibars.
Monitor and support minibars replenishment and billing accuracy (if applicable).
Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in IRD service areas and pantries.
Handle VIP orders with special attention to presentation and personalization
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of F&B service standards.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate multi-departmental tasks.
Time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, or similar).
