Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning and public area maintenance
  • Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
  • Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety standards
