Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager/Manager – F&B Sales is responsible for maximizing food and beverage revenue by promoting restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services. The role focuses on proactive sales, client relationship management, and seamless coordination with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive F&B revenue through corporate events, social functions, weddings, conferences, and outdoor catering
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and wedding planners
  • Collaborate closely with Banquet Operations, Kitchen, and Front Office teams to ensure flawless event execution
  • Conduct site inspections, hotel presentations, and F&B showcases for prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to stay competitive
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets and contribute to overall hotel profitability
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review
  • Ensure all events comply with hotel standards, service quality, and brand guidelines
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in F&B sales or banquet sales in a luxury/5-star hotel environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of banquet operations, event planning, and catering sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
