Description

Responsibilities:

  • Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
  • Consistent weekly and monthly revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
  • Conduct detailed revenue analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies.
  • Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
  • Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
  • Responsible for the entire distribution framework, rate code and package management
  • Ensure web site booking process and all other distributon tools and channels are maintained up-to-date and functional
  • Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation & channel)
  • Lead and supervise a team responsible for billing, invoicing, and revenue collection, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of revenue reports with accounting systems
  • Assist in preparing monthly revenue forecasts, budgets, and projections in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and explanation of revenue transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and tax requirements related to revenue.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management regarding revenue performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and implement improvements in the revenue management process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to revenue discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with all third party partners to manage and oversee the overall strategy

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, accounting, or a related role. Prior experience in reservations is a must.
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate with a high-level command of MS Office(Excel, Macros & Power point) and other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of technology systems: PMS, RMS, GDS, CRS, Extranets & Business Intelligence Tools
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
