TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordination of front office duties, and take charge in absence of Front Office Manager; 
• Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. 
• Achieves customer satisfaction and rooms revenue goals by supervising Front Office employees; 
• Utilizes supervisory skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction; 
• The candidate will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the brand, of the property and of all standards and be proficient in all Front Office procedures; 
• Maintaining , implement and training of Front Office procedures 
• In conjunction with Front Office Management develop a flexible and proactive plan that will address current and future Front Office Training needs. • To oversee the pre-allocation of V.I.P./Regular Guest rooms 
• To ensure the Hotel Credit Policy is adhered to by the Front Office Department 
• To help prepare, implement and report on departmental goals and training plan. 
• To ensure all Front Office Operations are adequately staffed

REQUIREMENTS: 
• Minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience in a 4/5 star property in a similar position 
• Knowledge of OPERA is essential 
• Demonstrates advanced organizational and managerial skills 
• Provides leadership and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction 
• Strong decision making skills and a positive Yes I Can! Attitude service attitude; 
• Knowledge of day-to-day business and communication between all departments is essential; 
• Excellent communication skills, both written an oral in English 
• Excellent customer care skills; 
• Computer literacy ,especially ability to use Opera essential, Micros and Adel system is an advantage 
• Must be well groomed
