Job description
  • Responsible for co-ordinating the various functions including administrative procedures & recruitment, leavers / joiners administration, liaison with the various departments of the hotel and outside contractors. 
  • Maintaining & producing reports and records and adhering to policies & procedures ensuring the smooth functioning of the Human Resources Department.
  • To ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in all areas.
  • To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.,

  • To adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.

  • To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.

  • To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.

  • To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations

  • Prepare & complete the Monthly Human Resources Report and other statistical reports as required by the Human Resources Manager.

  • Coordinate and/or conduct departmental training; and conduct new hire Human Resources orientation.
