Front Office Agent / Night Front Office Agent

Key Responsibilities of Front Office Agent/ Night Front Office Agent:

• Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
• Responds to guest requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
• Arranges for special services requested by the guest

Requirements of Receptionist/ Night Receptionist:
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous
