About the Role

As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional and personalized service. Your mission is to anticipate guests' needs, handle inquiries and special requests, and create a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

While membership in Les Clefs d’Or is not a requirement, it is an aspiration we highly value, and we encourage candidates who are eager to grow within this prestigious network.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, personalized service tailored to each guest’s needs.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest inquiries, offering creative solutions and expert recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and local partners to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility for tasks and challenges, delivering effective and timely solutions.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and hotel initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in guest relations or concierge services is preferred.
  • A proactive, YES I CAN-attitude and a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of Oslo’s attractions, culture, and local offerings.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to adapt to new tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An interest in or aspiration to join Les Clefs d’Or is a bonus.
  • A requirement to be able to speak Nordic languages and English.
