Electrician

TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Perform preventive maintenance program as scheduled with high standards.
 Maintain equipments & electrical panels according to local safety guideline.
 Inspect and maintain electrical appliance for safety standards.
 Assist in corrective action for all electrical panels and circuit under residence control.
 Maintain cleanliness or work area including personal safety.
 Take full responsibility during shift duty and perform as per safety standards.
 Attend regular departmental technical training.

SECURITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY

 Ensure all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately.
 Maintain high standard of Health & safety.
 Fully understand the Residence Fire emergency procedures.
 Maintain highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance body language and conduct.

MISCELLANEOUS

 Accept flexible working schedules as and when necessary for the residence uninterrupted service.
 Perform required duties and responsibilities in timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objective of the department.
 Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees and colleagues to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
