The Role of the Customer Services:

Our Customer Service is part of the "behind-the-scenes" group that makes our services outstanding. The main responsibilities are:

  • Handling and resolving administrative issues with customers
  • Managing and controlling payments and revenue
  • Providing administrative support for the implementation of new technologies
  • Overseeing invoicing and payments
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures according to internal audits

All our employees act as ambassadors of our company, reflecting our culture and values. All work is conducted in line with Radisson's corporate policies, procedures, service concepts, and local requirements and regulations.

As a Customer Service team member, you’ll join a team eager to deliver incredible service.

Qualities of our Customer Services:

  • Proficiency in SAP operating system
  • IT skills
  • Fluent English is essential (German and other languages are a plus)
  • A positive, open personality
  • Ability to find creative solutions and offer recommendations
  • Experience in administrative support tasks
  • Quick adaptability to changes in the business environment
  • Personal integrity and the ability to work in a high-excellence environment
