As a
Learning & Development Executive, you will support all the team members to
drive forward various learning initiatives in line with Radisson Blu Brand
standards. You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team who strives daily
in providing a Yes, I Can! Service.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support
the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of
responsibility for Learning & Development are managed and delivered to
the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are
attained and adhered to
- Work
proactively with all heads of departments to maximize the team learning
& development experience, delivering a positive and responsive
approach to enquiries and training/coaching
- Develops
and implement Learning and Development strategies, training plans and
L&D budget, ensuring that these are aligned with guest service,
revenue, operational and business objectives
- Working
with Heads of Department to effectively manage and review the training
life cycle of the team, fostering a culture of growth, development and
performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and
values
- Ensures
adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence
requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and
documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as
required
REQUIRMENTS
- Proven
experience in Learning & Development
- Strong
problem-solving capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing
environments
- Excellent
leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Strong
communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and
writing skills
- Has
expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and proficiency
in design tools (Canva,etc.)
- An
open, positive and communicative personality
- Is
flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in fast-paced
environments with a Yes I Can attitude
