An
opportunity has arisen within our Reservations department for a Reservations
Agent to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden
Sands.
Key
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential guests, assisting
with accommodation bookings.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
and efficiency.
- Deliver a high level of service to ensure a seamless booking
experience and ensure memorable moments.
- Process direct reservations as well as those from third-party
platforms and industry partners.
- Communicate booking details effectively across departments to
ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to internal processes and procedures to maintain operational
excellence.
Ideal Candidate would be:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure to
meet deadlines.
- A motivated team player to form part of a proactive and sales
oriented mindset.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring guest satisfaction at every
touchpoint.
- A professional disposition that aligns with the company values.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Opera reservations
system.
- Experience handling online booking extranets & reconciliation,
wholesale reservations, and group bookings is considered an asset.
