Description

At the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands, we are currently in search of a Reservations Agent to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential guests enquiring about accommodation.
  • Handling guest queries efficiently through telephone and email communication.
  • Deliver a high standard of service to ensure memorable moments
  • Process direct reservations, as well as those received from third parties and industry partners
  • Ensure effective communication of reservation details across all departments.
  • Adhering to internal policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and multitasking skills
  • Well organised with excellent time management abilities
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Sales-oriented and customer-focused with a proactive approach
  • Professional in appearance and behaviour, reflecting the values of the company
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Opera reservation system
  • Knowledgeable in online booking extranets and tour operator reservations
