An opportunity has arisen within our Animation department for a Head of Animation to join our  team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands. As a hotel head of animation you will have to plan and coordinate the hotel's animation program. You will be leading a team of animators that organizes sports and social activities, as well as games for both children and adults. The main aim is to ensure that we are providing a memorable experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

§  Planning of the animation schedule

§  Managing the animation team

§  Ensure all the team is well trained in basic child-minding within the kids’ club, first aid, allergens and choking.

§  Explanation and training on activities carried out within the animation team as per animation schedule. 

§  Being innovative and creative in introducing new activities to enhance the animation program.
