Description

At the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands we are currently seeking  for a  Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic and multi-cultural team. Within this role, Food and Beverage Server will assist the Resort’s outlets in providing a ‘Yes I Can ‘service in line with brand and hotel standards so as to maximize and exceed guests’ satisfaction and expectations.

 Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Welcome, greet and seat guests in a friendly manner;
  • Respond to guest requests in a welcoming, timely and efficient manner;
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders;
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner;
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining service;
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked and clean at all times;
  • Ascertain that dining set-up is in line with brand standards;
  • Maintain and keep self-updated with current knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and daily/weekly specials.

Selected candidate must have a friendly disposition together with an outgoing personality. He/she must be able to work individually as well as in a team, have a positive ‘Yes I Can’ attitude and be flexible and adaptive to respond to different work situations as and when they arise.
