Description

We are currently in search of a banqueting supervisor to join our team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands. 

 

The selected candidate will have a passion for hospitality and leadership.

 

Key Competencies:    

 

·        Ensure the satisfaction of all guests with the service provided during banqueting events.

·        Communicate, understand, and meet all goals set for banqueting operations.

·        Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members involved in banqueting services.

·        Plan, supervise, and monitor the work of the banqueting team members.

·        Handle all guest requests that may arise during banqueting events.

·        Ensure that the banqueting facilities are fully stocked and well-prepared for events.

·        Assisting Flavours restaurant and Rooms service operation.

·        Ensuring that the day-to-day operation runs smoothly

Requirements:

·        Have previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star environment.

·        Possess excellent communication skills and customer care skills.

·        Can manage and lead a team effectively during banqueting functions.

·        Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as necessary.

·        Possess good organisational skills.

·        Be distinctive, professional and have a warm personality
