We are looking for an F&B Co-Ordinator to join our Resort. The F&B Co-Ordinator will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and will also be in communication with Food and Beverage and Kitchen departments to offer them any support needed. In this role, one would be supporting the Food & Beverage department with all administrative tasks. The chosen person will be responsible for:
· Maintain the office on a day-to-day basis.
· Answering calls and guest enquiries and taking restaurant reservations.
· Assist the Hotel F&B Department in internal and external communications, preparing correspondence and reports, and maintaining data, records and files.
· Develops and implements administrative support systems to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
· Prepares the necessary menus, tags for restaurants and M&E.
· Filing of quotations, function orders, rosters, and other records outlined by both departments.
· Prepares event menus, table plans and buffet place names as per customer specifications.
· Management of HACCP records which includes updating database and ensuring all information is recorded.
The ideal candidate must possess:
· Previous experience in a similar position.
· Basic knowledge of F&B service and operations within a 5 star hotel.
· Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Opera System..
· Excellent verbal and written skills English language.
