- Assisting the Beach club Director in executing strategy and daily management
- Handling Operational issues, staff scheduling and guest service
- Overseeing outlets manager and ensuring smooth coordination across all functions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and handle disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable experience by
maintaining high service standards
- Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure the beach club is clean, safe, and well maintained, Including
the beach area and other facilities
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and equipment and order when
necessary
- Ensure Compliance with all health and safety and environmental
regulation including food handling and cleanliness
- Monitor club budget, including tracking revenue, expenses and profitability
