- Organizing trainings for team, capable of doing interviews and appraisals to contribute your part to the management team
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, direct them to their table or in waiting areas
- Professionally handle any guest request or complaint, always with a pleasant attitude
- Maintain work area in a professional manner
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to initiate conversation creating a warm atmosphere
- Perform marketing and advertising services based on management guidelines
- Processing cash/credit transactions (if necessary)
- Address and resolve guest concerns or special requests promptly
- Coordinate with staff and servers to optimize table turnover and enhance overall dining efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest counts, and special requests
- Monitor and enforce quality standards for service and presentation
- Keeps guest records
