  • Organizing trainings for team, capable of doing interviews and appraisals to contribute your part to the management team
  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, direct them to their table or in waiting areas
  • Professionally handle any guest request or complaint, always with a pleasant attitude
  • Maintain work area in a professional manner
  • Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to initiate conversation creating a warm atmosphere
  • Perform marketing and advertising services based on management guidelines
  • Processing cash/credit transactions (if necessary)
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or special requests promptly
  • Coordinate with staff and servers to optimize table turnover and enhance overall dining efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest counts, and special requests
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards for service and presentation
