Description

·         Organizing trainings for team, capable of doing interviews and appraisals to  contribute your part to the management team

·        Deliver bar services of exceptional quality that increase customer satisfaction

·         Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as  taking inventory and reordering supplies, ordering purchase, monitoring storage

·         Creating effective stocks

·         Ensure that bar is well staffed and well equpied

·         Working with diverse personalities, influencing positively the people working around him/her

·         Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for the clients as well as for the direct team

·         Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the bar

·         Motivate the team to deliver a seamless and efficient standard of service

·         Enforce and monitor that all operational standards, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times

·         Review and analyze sales to ensure stock rotation and profitability remains within targets

·         Inventory and ordering procedures knowledge

Requirements

·         English Knowledge

·         Working experience in similar role for minimum 2-5 years as a Bar Manager (preferably in beach bars or high-end restaurant)

·         Computer operating skills including MS Office/Excel

·         Effective communication skills and pleasant personality, willing to support colleagues, the managers and the team of him/her

·         Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
