We’re looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about creating welcoming environments, developing teams, and delivering operational excellence, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Excellence

  • Lead daily hotel operations across Food & Beverage, ensuring smooth coordination and consistently high standards.
  • Be a visible, supportive presence in the hotel, resolving issues with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

F&B Vision and Innovation

  • Oversee the smooth running of F&B operations, ensuring every guest receives a high-quality service experience.
  • Work proactively with Outlet Managers and key stakeholders to maximise guest satisfaction, addressing enquiries and concerns with a responsive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Implement strategies to communicate and deliver key performance metrics across the department.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to manage the full team lifecycle—fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and development.
  • Deliver on the hotel’s business plan and budget, optimising revenue, productivity, and guest value.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regularly review operations and business performance, offering insight and recommendations to enhance financial results and overall value.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, health & safety, and audit requirements, including proactive follow-up and documentation.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Promote an inclusive, values-led culture where everyone feels empowered to thrive.
  • Support and grow your team through regular coaching, meaningful feedback, and recognition.
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments to deliver a seamless and consistent guest journey.

Financial and Strategic Impact

  • Manage departmental budgets with a balanced focus on cost control, guest value, and performance.
  • Use data, reports, and market insight to inform decisions and shape forward-thinking operational strategies.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to align on key goals, priorities, and commercial opportunities.

Guest Experience and Continuous Improvement

  • Create memorable moments by listening to guests and elevating their experiences through meaningful service.
  • Monitor quality assurance processes and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring

  • Experience in hotel operations, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage.
  • A collaborative leadership style that prioritises inclusion, development, and wellbeing.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance guest satisfaction and business success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in resort hotel operations is an advantage.
  • EU citizenship or the right to work in the EU is essential.
