The Role

Our Food & Beverage Service Team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department, with a primary focus on Room Service operations, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery

• Proactively enhance guest satisfaction and comfort by responding promptly and positively to guest requests and enquiries

• Deliver departmental plans and objectives, contributing to Food & Beverage initiatives and hotel targets

• Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and high performance

• Ensure effective cost control, inventory management, productivity and performance levels

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and key stakeholders

• Take the lead in implementing departmental programmes that enhance service standards, profitability and cost efficiency

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, due diligence requirements and best practices, with proper documentation for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within Room Service or a similar operational environment

• Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach

• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Ability to find creative solutions with strong problem-solving skills

• High level of personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with IT systems across various platforms

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• EU citizenship is required for this position
