The Role
Our Food & Beverage Service Team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
Support the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department, with a primary focus on Room Service operations, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery
Proactively enhance guest satisfaction and comfort by responding promptly and positively to guest requests and enquiries
Deliver departmental plans and objectives, contributing to Food & Beverage initiatives and hotel targets
Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and high performance
Ensure effective cost control, inventory management, productivity and performance levels
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and key stakeholders
Take the lead in implementing departmental programmes that enhance service standards, profitability and cost efficiency
Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, due diligence requirements and best practices, with proper documentation for internal and external audits
Requirements
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within Room Service or a similar operational environment
Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to find creative solutions with strong problem-solving skills
High level of personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with IT systems across various platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
EU citizenship is required for this position
