What we are looking for :

• Minimum 5 years of F&B operations experience in Beach Clubs or Hotels
• Strong Leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate teams
• Financial understanding including budgeting ,report and stock control
• Confident overseeing multiple area including F&B , guest flow, service quality
• Outstanding communication, problem solving
• Commitment to delivering high quality guest experience
• Knowledge of Compliance, Health& Safety and labor regulations      
• EU passport
• English language
