For this position, we are looking
for a proactive person with legal background, outstanding organizational skills
and the ability to perform business tasks effectively. Someone who will
contribute to the success of the company, ensure the smooth functioning of the
office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization by working on
the position of HEAD OFFICE MANAGER/MANAGEMENT BOARD ASSISTANT.
Required education, knowledge and
skills:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the same or similar position
- College degree
- Excellent knowledge of English and Croatian
- MS Office, MS Outlook
Main tasks of this position:
- administrative and office tasks
- business correspondence, operational tasks, organization and
coordination of the Head office
- keeps the office in a presentable condition, procurement of office
supplies and office equipment
- monitors the working hours of office employees
- receiving and sending mail and other documentation, etc.
- taking care of the Company's archives (including documentation related
to investments)
- business presentations for company and for related projects
- preparation of documents and reports
- organization of business trips for members of the Management Board and
company owners
- performing operational tasks for the owner of the company
- Legal affairs with the support of contract lawyers
- preparing, reviewing, monitoring and archiving contracts
- keeping records of legal documentation, signed contracts and
documentation related to investments and current operations
- monitoring legal regulations and compliance with legal regulations
- providing legal support to all departments and communication with
institutions
- preparation of business documents and reports
- direct participation in projects, updating data, archiving contractual
and implementation documentation
- preparation of documentation, organization and participation in
meetings of the Supervisory Board
- preparation of documentation, organization and participation in
regular general meetings of a company
- archiving, supervision and records of insurance
- preparation of minutes of meetings and monitoring of the
implementation of tasks
- Performing other tasks
