Requirements and skills

- Previous work experience as a Training & Recruiting Manager, Consultant or Coordinator

- Knowledge of Croatian labor legislation

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases

- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

- Able to update current and design new recruiting procedures & Keep track of recruiting metrics

- Able to focus on the identification of potential.

- Able to build close relationship with Schools and Universities and to participate in job fairs and career events

- Working closely with HR Manager and line managers to fill individual vacancies and manage a rapid and effective hiring process. Able to coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

- Knows how implement new sourcing methods, research and choose job advertising options

- Experience with  holding training that are part of the corporate culture

- Enjoys working in the community and meeting new people; extroverted with strong public speaking skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong decision-making skills

- Able to develop rapport and build trust with a diverse range of individuals

- Remains calm under pressure; handles emotionally-challenging situations with professionalism and intention

- Is extremely well-organized

- Excellent in English, Excellent in Croatian
