Description

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of sushi cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to prepare the kitchen for service and ensure the timely preparation of sushi dishes

- Maintain and enforce all hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen

- Demonstrate expertise in cutting and filleting various types of fish

- Inspect the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used in sushi preparation

- Assist the Head Chef in managing orders, including fresh produce and seafood

- Participate in the training and development of kitchen staff 

- EU citizenship required
