Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:
- takes care of guest satisfaction and promotes the use of hotel facilities by promoting hotel restaurants and other services for guests;
- is informed about all local events, activities in the city, restaurants, activities, etc. to provide guests with updated information
- organizes special services requested by guests
- works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort
- builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values
- builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values
- politely greets guests;
Requirements of the Concierge:
-Experience is beneficial but not essential
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Strong communication skills
