As Spa & Wellness Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of SPA department where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to
- Works proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
- Implements strategies where key hotel metrics are identified, communicated and delivered where reports and tracking tools are reviewed and acted upon to ensure that strategies and initiatives are attained or exceeded
- Delivers on plans and objectives where hotel targets are achieved.
- Maximizing sales and profit, business opportunities and brand reputation, productivity and performance
- Manages SPA team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
- Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Defines the tasks of the SPA & Wellness center, all in accordance with the hotel's existing resources and installed equipment
- Delivers effective programs that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
- Organizes employee trainings, takes care of their education.
- Takes care of the work schedule, preparation of the SPA center and the employment plan
Required Skills and Qualifications
· 5+ years experience as a SPA and/or Wellness Manager
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
· Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
· Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
· Strong communication skills (English)
