• Handles general maintenance work across different areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, etc.

• Ensures all equipment and facilities are in perfect working order to guarantee comfort and safety for guests and staff.

• Responds quickly and effectively to technical issues or requests from guests and hotel departments.

• Participates in the implementation of the hotel’s preventive maintenance program.

• Works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to achieve quality and performance targets.

• Ensures compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal procedures.

• Documents all interventions and reports any anomalies or major repair needs.

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or building maintenance.

• General technical skills across multiple areas (electrical, plumbing, minor repairs).

• Strong sense of service, attention to detail, and responsiveness.

• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.

• Autonomy, organization, and reliability.

• Basic computer knowledge (e.g., maintenance management systems).

• Physically fit and compliant with safety regulations.
