Supports the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is delivered to the highest standard.
Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort by responding positively and promptly to requests and resolving issues effectively.
Contributes to departmental goals and ensures hotel targets and housekeeping initiatives are achieved.
Supervises the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and continuous development.
Takes responsibility for controlling costs and inventory while achieving productivity and performance goals.
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
Takes ownership of departmental programs that enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
Ensures full compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards, planning and documenting due diligence practices for internal and external audits and ensuring necessary follow-up.
Previous experience in housekeeping is essential.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service with a true love for the hospitality industry.
Creative problem-solver with a supportive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
High personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Experience working with IT systems and digital platforms.
