Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Assistant:

• Perform preventive maintenance throughout all areas of the hotel, including both front and back of house, interior and exterior.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the hotel; replacing broken lamps, bedroom fixtures & fittings, carrying out general repairs & maintaining high standards to decor & paint work etc throughout the hotel.

Requirements of Maintenance Assistant:

• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
• Multi skilled with an eye for detail
