Key Responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef:- Sets up breakfast and lunch stations, ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted demands and according to the Senior Chef’s instructions and ensures proper service presentation
- Maintains buffet breakfast and assists guest with requests
- Ensures sufficient supply for next day’s breakfast and plans for it
Requirements of the Breakfast Chef:- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- An eye for detail
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Likes having fun at work
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
