Assist in the smooth running of the stewarding department, supporting the kitchen and food & beverage departments to focus on delivering all aspects of the guest food & beverage experience throughout the Hotel to the highest level, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
Motivates the Stewarding team and focuses on improving and increasing service delivery efficiency. Develops and recommends appropriate training and development to meet Hotel and departmental needs
Plans for accurate supply, and puts together all relevant china, glass, silverware, and other needs for the Meetings & Events function. Assigns team members to their stations and assigns any special cleaning
Establish and deliver an effective planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programme to maintain high cleanliness standards and address maintenance matters, which may include working with internal and external stakeholders on adhoc projects, whilst incorporating environmental concerns.
