Chef de Partie / Kock

Are you a culinary artist with a passion for excellence? Radisson Blu Waterfront, featuring a vibrant 200-seat restaurant and a versatile banquet facility accommodating up to 1,700 guests, is seeking talented Chefs de Partie to be part of elevating our dining experiences to new heights.
At Radisson Blu Hotel, we are one team and make memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes for our restaurant and banquets
  • Maintain consistency and excellence in every dish
  • Supervise and support junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with Sous Chef and our Executive Chef to create innovative menus
  • Support with inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • + 5 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Exceptional cooking skills and creativity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Formal culinary training is required
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
