Key Responsibilities for Front Office Porter:

• Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
• Assist guests with valet parking - Driving license required 
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
• Assist guests with luggage (Heavy lifting required)

Located in the heart of the Swedish capital, the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Stockholm, is an ideal place for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is adjacent to both the Waterfront Congress Centre and Central Station, allowing our guests easy access to the city and the surrounding region. The adjacent Waterfront Conference Centre is the city's largest meeting venue, with 21 meeting rooms and 14,000 square metres of space. Our 414 elegant rooms and suites await our guests, where excellent amenities and scenic views of both the city and the bay area combine to create a unique atmosphere.
