With 159 rooms and 1,500 m² of dining spaces, Santa Sofia Milan offers two exceptional F&B outlets:

  • Issei Rooftop Taste & Spirit, an exotic and vibrant venue offering Nikkei cuisine, refined cocktails, and a spectacular view of the Milan skyline.
  • Casa Sofia, elegant and sophisticated, ideal for business lunches, social aperitifs, and refined dinners.

We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, and welcoming Guest Relations Agent to ensure a personalized and high-quality guest experience that exceeds expectations. You will be part of a team of professionals committed to making every moment matter — and who enjoy doing so every day.


Key Responsibilities of the Guest Relations Specialist

  • Ensures the smooth running of the guest relations department, delivering a consistently high level of service throughout the guest journey
  • Works collaboratively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing prompt and effective responses to guest enquiries and issues
  • Takes ownership of duties and tasks, ensuring timely and professional execution
  • Contributes to departmental plans and objectives, supporting the achievement of hotel targets
  • Assists in controlling costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance standards
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships, supporting the company’s culture and values
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable legislation and standards, maintaining documentation for internal and external audits

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest relations is an advantage but not essential
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership in your role
  • High personal integrity and commitment to excellence
  • Comfortable using IT systems across different platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
