We are currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant, and you will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Restaurant Manager :
-Supervise and support the bar team and ensure all areas of the restaurant and bar are set up and maintained.
-Works with the Restaurant Manager to enhance guest satisfaction.
-Assists in reaching departmental goals, service quality and financial targets.
-Helps supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team.
-Participates in inventory control, cost awareness, and budget adherence.
-Ensures effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
-Supports programmes improving service standards and profitability.
-Ensures compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
-Experience in Food & Beverage operations.
-Strong guest service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
-Hands-on leadership with a positive attitude.
-Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
-Ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
-Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
-Excellent communication skills.
