We are now looking for an M&E Sales Manager to join our brand-new team here at Radisson Collection Hotel, The National Brussels. (New opening later in 2025)!

The Internal M&E Sales Manager Role

• Supports the smooth running of the meeting & events, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
• Delivers on plans and objectives where meeting & events initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Delivers effective programmes that advance sales and profitability
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Qualities We Are Looking For In our Internal M&E Sales Manager:

• Proven experience in meeting & events and sales with excellent social skills and guest oriented
• Hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
• Is a hunter seeking for new opportunities in order to enhance the overall hotel revenues -thinks out of the box
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
• Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms including SoMe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
