The Meeting and Events Specialist Role

Our meeting and events team are sophisticated hosts who are inspired to succeed! They are competitive and ambitious to achieve results and deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Our Meetings and Events Specialist  know that success doesn’t just happen, it’s planne
• You are engaging, charming and love building relationships. You will anticipate our guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering spectacular events of all sizes
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the meeting and events department
• As a commercially driven and organised M&E Specialist, you will conduct site inspections, prepare commercial offers, and follow up with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the process. 
•  You will ensure seamless execution and outstanding service by coordinating with the operational team, translating client requirements, managing invoicing, and providing after-sales support to maintain strong relationships and meet client expectations.  

• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance service offerings and maximize value for the client.

As Meeting and Events Specialist, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Meeting and Events Specialist 

•  Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
• An eye for detail
•  Is a creative problem-solver
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service
•  Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Dutch, French would be an advantage 
• Likes having fun at work
• Strong IT skills (experience with EMMA PMS would be an advantage)
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
