between Stockholm's vibrant waterways and medieval city center, the
Radisson Collection Strand Hotel exudes a richness in culture and
history. With a long heritage since 1912, this iconic hotel is a
legendary venue that continues to excite and entertain. We are now
looking for the next generation General Manager that can take the newly
renovated hotel into the future.
Radisson Collection Strand
Hotel have 170 stylish guest rooms and suites with exceptional comfort
and premium amenities. The hotel offer 4 unique and inspiring meeting
spaces for up to 40 attendees & a Swedish brasserie with classic
dining and one-of-a-kind views
The successful candidate will plan
and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to
ensure a smooth and profitable running of the business. Our aim is to
offer the greatest hotel experience in Stockholm and for that to happen,
we need an experienced, dedicated and guest oriented General Manager at
the helm of this key hotel.
We are looking for a distinguished
hands-on General Manager, who is a person that take personal pride in
creating memorable moments for our guests at every opportunity and
believes anything is possible. As General Manager, you will be
responsible for setting the highest standards to ensure guest
expectations are met and exceeded, developing & implement systems
and achieving challenging financial targets.
The successful
candidate will have relevant room management experience, excellent food
& beverage knowledge gained in a similar environment. You will need
to be a motivated and inspirational leader with an engaging personality
and a clear focus on guest services. You will also need to have good
business acumen and excellent financial skills.
The General
Manager will be a strong and recognized leader, ensuring that team
members work as a well-functioning team. The responsibility is to be an
effective team leader and an excellent team player who able to set
examples and foster a climate of collaboration. The role operates the
hotel in a manner that represents the high brand standards and always
exceeds guest expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•
To achieve set goals in revenue, profit and value enhancement, as well
as employee and guest satisfaction by leading the entire operation of
hotel and its people.
• Must possess a strong, 'hands-on' management
style & have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong,
credible leader
• Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & possess the drive to constantly deliver top-class customer service
•
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical property through
inspections and preventive maintenance programs with department
managers
• Develops an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.
• The leadership adheres to company policies and procedures and by deliver and live by the Radisson Collection brand image.
