The Rooms Division Manager Role
Our rooms division team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and happy smile, and where we strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. The Rooms Division Manager will lead the Front Office team, secure that our outsourced housekeeping team deliver quality service and will manage the Meeting & Events operations.

• Our Rooms Division Manager loves the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about being the glue between Front Office, Housekeeping and Meeting & Events to make our guest journey a smooth process
• You will manage our rooms division team and M&E operations team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey are anticipated and delivered at five-star level
• You will be a People Manager fostering a culture of growth, development and performance
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show, whilst managing budgets and inventory
• As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the rooms division department
