To create many a memorable moment for our guests, we will have 4 F&B outlets - Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck and also Issei – a trendy Nikkei fusion restaurant & bar, at our rooftop. In addition to the above, we also have 4 meeting & event spaces and a busy in-room dining service.

Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:
·Supports the smooth running of the restaurant and Food & Beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest level.
·Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
·Delivers on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
·Liaise and engage with Marketing to find the right promotions and activities for the restaurant
·Manages the food & beverage team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
·Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
·Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
·Delivers effective training programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
·Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required
Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:
·Proven experience in overseeing the following Food & Beverage operations: Breakfast, All day dining, Meeting and events, and Room Service with excellent problem-solving capabilities
·Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach, lead from front and lead-by-example work style
·Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
·Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
·Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
·Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
·Familiarity with Open Table
·Strong communication skills
·UAE experience with standalone restaurants/branded hotel restaurants will be an added advantage.
